The Legacy of Cthulhu - The Board Game is a cooperative survival-horror dungeon crawler for 1 to 4 players. Set in an alternate 1984 where the Great Old Ones have already returned, Madison City is collapsing under cultists, monsters, and madness, and you are survivors trying to escape alive.

Madison City is what’s left and you are trying to get a van full of damaged people out of one dying city. That premise changes everything in the game:
Survival replaces investigation
The stakes become immediate, human, and personal
Every supply run feels like a decision you might not get to take back

The campaign spans 20 missions, with Mission 1 and Mission 20 fixed. The road between them is shaped by player choice. Between missions, you travel through Madison City, resolve encounter cards at crossings, and try to keep your crew fed and sane. Your shelter is a motorhome that can be upgraded, stocked, and relied on. But watch out, it can also be lost.

Noise is a mission-long pressure that keeps building. Loud actions create noise markers, pull monsters in, and shape how threats move across the map. But the real danger is noise does not reset during the mission. Your total noise builds for the entire mission and can determine what is waiting when you return to shelter.

With multiple paths and gameplay tracking, the game remembers your choices. At first, some actions may feel harmless, but you'll face the real consequences much later, when your situation is more precarious. On top of that, Nyarlathotep might appear to convince you to take shady deals that could have great advantages at the cost of very traumatic results!
